Shipping schedule:  Irises are living, growing plants that must be transplanted during a particular time frame to insure success.  The ideal time for transplanting starts about 30 days after the plants have completed flowering in the spring and extends until late fall.  This means that the Standard Dwarf, Intermediate, and Miniature Tall sizes can be shipped starting in late June.  Border Bearded and Tall Bearded size classes start shipping in early July (typically the first weekday after the July 4th holiday.)    We are able to ship to about middle October. The plants do need about 30 days minimum growing time to establish roots before hard freezes start.  

It is important to understand that your order must be placed early in the year if you wish to insure that the varieties you want will not be sold out. Many popular variesties are very limited in quantity available and do sell out early in the season.
